Clinic software that runs a physiotherapy practice and also gets it found, with one login and one flat price.
The challenge
A solo or small physiotherapy clinic in India faces two problems at once. New patients searching nearby can't find it, and the owner can't see which existing patients are quietly dropping off. Most clinics still run on a paper register, Excel and WhatsApp.
Existing tools solve one side or the other. Practice-management software runs the clinic, and directories charge per booking for visibility. Nothing did both under one login at a flat price.
Our approach
We designed PhysioDesk as one product with several faces. The clinic dashboard, the patient portal and the public directory all share the same data, so a clinic's work in the dashboard also builds its public profile.
We rebuilt the original PHP application from the ground up as a modern platform: a single API serving the web apps and one mobile app for owners, staff and patients. Pricing stays simple too, with a flat monthly subscription, no per-booking fees and no cut of patient revenue.
